People have been banned from Feedback for doing similar things....many people in  fact, and I assume AiA will be similarly treated.

What Sewer dwellers think about the number of real names I have is totally beside the point which is ~ that they have posted on many occasions what they think is my real name, even address and even phone number.  I'm not about to tell them or anyone if they got it right or wrong, as that is totally irrelevant to their intent.

I have never abused or threatened anyone in Relationships.  I have, as part of doing the Mod job, given warnings or made requests that people desist....only those dim of wit or of mischievous intent could fail to be aware of the clear difference.

I will regard that gratuitous and unprovoked attack by AiA on me as being a re-ignition of my open hostility (and that of others) towards the sewer and what goes on there on a daily basis.

As for my capacity to identify porn ~ just because something is in a museum or art gallery does not make something not porn.  There are Temples in very public places in India with carvings of even bestiality on the walls, and being on a Temple wall does not render it, not porn.

(I deliberately put this Thread here and not in Relationships so that I could not be accused of using 'my' Sub-Forum to make a response and/or control discussion.)

Who has a clue why he has this hatred towards you or anyone else who might appear to be associated with you. Maybe he's the typical ambitious yank and the little bit of power he has been given on one of FD's forums has gone to his head.

it is strange mantra but when I mentioned your banning no one owned up to knowing anything about it.. and I have no reason not to believe them....

I do think we should be told why we were banned......it would make one hell of a difference I think....to suddenly out of the blue not be able to post  not be able to defend yourself....seems really really bizarre....

and then you get situations where I got blamed for someones banning I had nothing to do with....

which also provokes enemies...

we should have the guts to tell someone in the open we are reporting them....at least if they get banned they can think about the reason why....

  This has happened to me and for as I can see, for no other reason than being connected to A...weird but there you have it..and found that out years later, none of it really matters.

Aussie gets what he deserves.. Those two Old Codgers* worked really hard to divide and conquer.  We girls should stick together.

The reason for the "trouble" with PA is Aussie (and to a lesser degree, Monk). They tried to manipulate us girls. They do it here as well.

Mantra has fallen for it, despite Aussie giving her a 3 month "total" ban when he was Admin over there for which she was very upset about.

Sucking up to Aussie (and Monk) is a bad idea.

I wasn't going to post back there Cods after I told them I was leaving, but after being a consistent member for a decade I thought they might have kept my account open even with restrictions. I've lost touch with Mel over the last year or so and when Skippy posted that members log in list here - I noticed she had logged in at some time after I had left. She probably would have tried to message me. She's banned from here. I know there were messages in my inbox which I didn't get a chance to read.

I am not sucked in by Aussie - nor do I suck up to him, but he doesn't bother me the way he does some people.

I do not lie deliberately about anyone.....I dont call them names like vicious or vindictive  just because I can... as was an agreement with him and sn.....he knew sn was the only one that was in favor of him being given a second chance......yet he went on and on as you know its his usual way.....until I think it was skippy said enough is enough...he out right antagonised the whole lot of them......why would you do that if you didnt expect to get the sack.....and yet he still claims sn broke the agreement....and he did nuffink wrong...

There was no condition concerning the Mods in the deal done between my self and SN.  Your new fwiend skippeee tried to impose that condition later and it was never part of the original arrangement made between myself and SN.

You can even report crap over there... for action to be taken.

When Aussie was unbanned he was continuously called a f.....g woman basher because of some comment he made to Neferti years ago. A lot of members on PA and Ozpolitic have had to put up with her multi doses of vitriol. I remember when Aussie snapped after years of putting up with her below the belt comments and did say something to the effect that if she was a man he would have decked her. They've hung onto that comment and it was used on him over there relentlessly.

She can be incredibly mean and personal with her abuse and it's hard not to say something back at times. IQ is the same.

When Aussie replied to these women bashing accusations - his posts were moved or hidden just to frustrate him more. In the meantime - IQ has always broken every rule in the book - so has Neferti, but they both have the full support of the admin and mods over there and keep doing it with impunity. 

They either like you or they don't. If they don't like you - you're gone. You don't have to break any rules. This is because they are terrified of Aussie ever gaining control of the "precious" again even though they have created a cloned forum - just in case.  ::)

The thread is getting lots of views from interested parties and that's worth something.

You might have to be a bit careful with your language here, but you can still speak freely. It's the opposite over there. They present a boring public face, but in private they feed ravenously on all the posts they copy from here.

Aussie isn't abusing you Cods - he's just questioning your comments. 

Copying posts from here and squirreling them in a hidey hole where the target member is torn to shreds is far worse than Aussie copying posts from there and if he has permission - posting them in public view where all members have a right of reply. They have the opportunity to defend themselves civilly which they don't have on PA.

mantra I am only talking from my own experience and I doubt very much if aussie was doing to you what he is doing to me   you would say it was harmless take no notice...

what I do and where I belong has not a thing to do with anyone...and that goes for aussie...

we all know what he thinks of PA   the title of this thread tells everyone everything...there is no moving forward with that guy....and he takes swipes at everyone from over there...I have been there about 6 months I have been here for years..

When you say things like that Cods - it makes people very wary of you. When we message people - there's an unwritten rule that it stays between those 2 people. Some people have no regard for that rule so we learn to stay well away from them. Maybe you haven't figured that out yet. Have you ever said something negative in a message about someone or is that something that only other people do?

We are talking about the secrecy of a forum membership Cods - not private messages.

Just dont like to see old friends fall out..this only forum life not real life ( thankfully) we would never treat pp in our real life as we do here.

I think hidden forums are probably a bad idea....and anything I want to say that may be a bit sensitive I would use pm and only to those I trust implicitly..  I have never divulged anything said to me and I never would but for some it is way too tempting. Hidden forums are a crappy idea, they cause paranoia and mistrust... I really like both you mantra and cods.. and it is a shame to see a falling out and I hope it isnt serious.

I woke this morning intending to go watch the march here but realised a dose of flue had gripped me overnight..so I watched the service from bed with a cup of tea. Going to see my girl now and have afternoon tea with her. Be good to each other.

Used to be a robust forum, very little restriction on language.

Terrible things are said about you all. Overt bullying. And it's not just ex-members they have a go at. It has been brought to my attention that threads have been started on me ... and i have never even posted there. I can imagine Cods found much solace about my comments to her over there.

It puts me to mind of that old saying "If he cheats on her with you, he will cheat on you in time. Once a cheater, always a cheater".

People who are scorned seek comfort in people who will feed their need for revenge  ... but they overlook the general characters of those people at their own peril.

Me? I prefer to take people as i find them. I don't appreciate being told what to think .. or having "cases" made against people to add to drama and discord.

Yes mothra..so true and i worry when i see new members to PA from here come back to ozpol and dump disrespect and nastiness on a place they have posted in for years and cultured friendships with pp here, Bobby one of these pp, he put himself in a bad light when he played that game..no one takes him seriously now, but it is clear this is his preferred place to post, so why would he turn on his old friends that way...to acheive what and for what purpose..pp like that will end up with no friends in the end..very shortsighted.

Some of us ex members did try to make it a half way decent forum mothra, but were forced to give up. I don't know why they are obsessed with you. You aren't even a member over there, but that makes no difference to them.

They control two identical forums. Why they can't share PA which FD is paying for - I have no idea. They can bitch about the rest of us over on their free forum if that's what turns them on.

Mothra was targetted because she was talking to AiA for a while here.. yep that is all it took and the when mothra refused to join..public enemy no 1- its the either you are with us or agin us menatilty- very much like that over there.

Growing up would suggest growth and it simply never happened for most of them..one or two are different and only one that seems fairly normal and he knows who he is .. I find their behaviour back ward and pretty disgusting tbh.

I don't understand how hate comes into it at all, to be honest. I don't hate anyone. Not in real life, not on the internet.

I certainly would rather spend my time talking about issues than individuals.
