what is usually needed is to calm the mind, either a meditation session or let these emotions dissipate by unleashing them on a solid grounded alpha male.

i find that a very feminine woman, who likes to experience "strong emotions' will usually seek out the company of a very grounded man as he allows her to experience these emotions "safely".

the problem for feminists and social justice warriors is that most very masculine and grounded men want to be with a feminine woman and wont tolerate bitchy and bratty behavior.  so the feminist or social justice warrior , will often end up in an echo chamber of emotional juice or with a beta male who cant ground her and her 'state' becomes progressively unhinged.

i feel sympathy for people stuck in this "living hell'.

the best advice i can give is to hit the gym, eat really healthy greens, lean meat fish and chicken and do gratitude meditation.

You may not have noticed but I don't usually get deeply involved in the halal threads. It's just not something that gets my knickers in a twist.

I'm a pragmatist and if an Australian business can unlock an export market by paying a Muslim witchdoctor to say 'ubba gubba wubba dubba' and make food ok to eat for Muslims, go for it.

I do believe there needs to be some serious scrutiny of where the money goes to, considering the levels of corruption and the unsavoury characters who manage it.

I'm a big picture guy, I want to ban the immigration of all Sunni Muslims.
