A 'conservative revolution' is inevitable. Things will become more and more extreme and your average Joe will end up getting disgusted with it all. There are arguments out there that cultures/civilisations are cyclic, and that this sort of 'anything goes' behaviour is the end part of the cycle. Some time in the future, this type of behaviour will be shunned and creative, upstanding individuals will be idolised.

Ideally [for the sake of contentment and social harmony among men], where there is excess and comfort [in a society], there should be fostered a spirit of gratitude and thankfulness.

But human beings are not like that.

Where there is excess and comfort among a society of men, there is [there develops] envy, moral corruption, and violence, and lawlessness.

Stupid, senseless, recklessly immoral.

I wish people in this age would choose, to meditate upon the contents, of the Book of Proverbs [in the bible].

Isaiah 48:17
Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.
18  O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:

Patriots 34 - Falcons 28..... I won the bet...

I have to totally agree with your comment - when this 'popular culture' is telling them to be all kinds of things, and it's all hunky-dory, and the celebs and singers act it out on stage - what message does that send to kids?

I'm so old-fashioned I still shudder at women with tattoos.... once upon a time that was the province of the crims and the other ranks, and the occasional circus roustabout... now some of the most gorgeous lasses I see are ruined by a 'tramp stamp'.... soon be like the Russian Mafia:-

"Da, that one is showing I am shagging entire football team!  This one is boyfriends whose hopes I have killed off.... this one mean enemies I have conquered... this one is time spent in gulag.. this one easy time in prison.... this one show allegiance to Tramp Uhlans Australia and Hell's Demon Girls bikie gang.. this little one, tear drop in eye, is children I have turned over to Welfare....".....

Business people?  What's creative about learning business?  You don't imagine they just stumbled over these things, do you?  They served an 'internship' with someone who already knows the ropes and most likely got to organise the ropes if they are a politician.

One reason business people over a certain assets value should be banned from political enrolment..... they only go there to enhance the rules to suit themselves.

that is untrue in many cases.
most people who hustle really hard in life and get $$$$ then discover that the problem of happiness and contentment is not solved by $$$$.
they then have to move to the next paradigm to try to get happiness and contentment.
this paradigm is often contribution.

most rich people are very grounded, very grateful and , yes, very creative.

Why...because once you get out of that "always chasing" frame, you get loose and then you can be creative.

you misjudge rich and successful people grappler...they really really want poor people to just be cool and then they would love to help them.

just like the popular kids at school that all the mediocre kids "hate on". the popular kids just want people to be cool, but the scrubs cant do that and its easier to hate then to be cool.
mediocre people and uncreative people and unsuccessful people are NOT being held down by any one or any thing or any conspiracy....they are totally holding themselves down . it is they who are rejecting wealth, success and contentment .
People do so love their pain  ;)

no they don't. Abrahamic religions are linear. they also have little to nothing to say on creativity. they instead want submission.
