Title: Devil's Advocate - Trump
Post by red baron on Jan 31st, 2017 at 2:08pm
Name one thing that Donald Trump has brought in that wasn't part of his main platform in plain sight right through the election.

Now they are rioting and protesting but where were these f....ers on voting day?

I don't feel sorry for any of them.

Through their apathy Donald Trump was voted in. Eat it!

They were at the polling booths, red.

3 million more people voted for Clinton than Trump.

Have you forgotten that already?

Incorrect.

Through the electoral college, Donald Trump was voted in.

At the polling booths, 3 million more Americans voted for Clinton.

What part of that don't you understand, red?

Haven't forgot a thing Gregg, bit like Julia Gillard getting more votes here but she got dumped.  Hillary Clinton was too self satisfied to go a hustle at the States where things were really bad. Guess they f...d her over huh?

I'm not qoing about anything  Gregg. Hillary Clinton stayed on the comfort zone States in the Election she barely set foot in many States where unemployment was rife and industry folding or in turmoil.

Trump went to those States and he listened. Not only that but since he was elected President he has been talking to industry leaders and following through with his promises for 'the forgotten people' in America.

If Hillary Clinton had got in the U.S. would be on the same old road which has been one of disaster.

Obama doubled the national debt in 8 years he was much worse than useless.

I am predicting that Trump will turn America around.

Even if he takes many of them screaming and crying..to succeed there will be pain

In the last few days he has gathered all the leaders of all the major car manufacturing companies in America around the table at the same time to try and work out a deal for the industry into the future.

Know what? Unlike all previous American Presidents Trump knows all about big business and how to wheel and deal.

There will be a positive outcome from these meetings..count on it.

Expect chinky chonky China to be paying a tariff for the stuff it dumps in America from its $20 a week workers in the slave trade in chinky chonky China.

Also expect a huge resurgence in the American manufacturing sector under Donald Trump.

Yes wouldnt that be hilarious!  Hundreds of millions or billions of people affected, but all that suffering will be worth it so you can finally say "i told you so".  And one things for certain - such a crash will have absolutely nothing to do with the powerful players doing everything yhey can to undermine him.  Nothing at all.

You took your time turning up John. Was almost going to send out a search party for you.

Trump will drag alright..He will drag America off its knees where it is right now and has been sinking in the quicksand under 8 years of Obama.

Now he has to find a way of reducing the enormous debt Obama rang up in doubling the national debt of the Country (trillions of dollars). Obama has been a raging abysmal failure.

Having said that I predict Donald Trump will get America working again and having direction and purpose that goes with a confident leader who knows how to get the job done and not worry about winning a popularity contest like Obama.

Obama was likeable it's just that he was a monumental f... up as a President.

Trump administration needs to get up to speed on the auto industry

“In recent months, automakers have announced plans to invest billions of new dollars in the U.S. and create thousands of new jobs — developments for which Trump has, at least in part, taken credit.

“However, in nearly every case those investments were either in the planning stages for months or were made possible by changing market conditions ... ”

"Apparently, it's even more complicated than that. Bloomberg News reports that given where the United States is in the current business cycle, the last thing auto manufacturers want to do is go on a huge domestic investment splurge ... "

"Trump’s economic vision seems to be that any car bought in the United States should be made in the United States. But as a previous Detroit Free Press story noted, it's just not economically feasible to produce, say, the Chevrolet Cruze in the United States ... "

"I bring all of this up because it illustrates the abject lack of knowledge that Trump and his trade/economic advisers seem to display when it comes to the automobile sector. And this is during an economic upswing.

"Imagine what happens if the economy starts to run out of steam."

Don't get your kickers in a knot Gwegg, you really think I'm racist because wealthy Chinese are buying our Country up from under our sorry arses?

Gee that a bit of a stretch isn't it?

Let's get back on target Gregg. That stuff you have printed is all from mainstream media in America who decidedly are anti Trump and wouldn't give him credit for getting out of bed in the morning.

I think those press releases...really, you wouldn't wipe your bum on them.

Now seeing Trump in conference with the industry leaders on video for all to see...now that I believe

One thing that is becoming patently apparent about Donald Trump.  He has the gonads to do things, say things that previous Presidents wouldn't dare dream of.

He is not beholding to anyone, he is self made, a rich businessman in his own right and a successful man in his own right.

He is not beholding with millions of favours to whomever.

He makes decisions sometimes controversial ones but he has the balls to go for it.

I respect that big time.

He is no one's puppet

John Smith if you have a look at the most successful businessmen in the World you will find they all have their failures. It's what they learn from them that propels them on to far more successful ventures.

Yes Trump went bust but he came back and is a bona fide billionaire. So things haven't worked out too bad for him huh John?..Oh yes and of course he is now President of the United States of America. Nearly forgot that one. 8-)

Name one thing that Donald Trump has brought in that wasn't part of his main platform in plain sight right through the election.

Now they are rioting and protesting but where were these f....ers on voting day?

I don't feel sorry for any of them.

Through their apathy Donald Trump was voted in. Eat it!

Since when was winning an election by either side or party some right to rule without protest? every government everywhere has protestors. It is part of the democratic process that entitles people to an opinion and the right to express it. I might despise protestors sometimes, but their right to do so is more important than my opinion on their opinions.

Also expect a huge resurgence in the American manufacturing sector under Donald Trump.

you seem to forget that in 2009 the american economy was lurching into DEPRESSION and the car industry was almost dead. Obama rescued the car industry and the economy.  Thats hardly being a poor president.

The reality is that Donald Trump has taken over. He has wasted not a second in implementing the things he said he would when electioneering.

The Left of America don't like it. They has been squealing like a trapped rat ever since he won.

But win he did. And no matter how much Hollywood and all those other cream puffs whinge and whine, Donald Trump will do what he has a clear mandate to do.

Looking at the Obama Legacy if you can call  it that, Donald Trump won't have to try very hard at all to far outstrip what Obama has achieved. For a start I don't think he will double the national debt like Obama did..then of course there is Obama Care really good Health System if you have the 3 grand a year to be eligible.

Of course under Obama the bottom 30% of people who can't afford Health Care in America could go to hell in a hand basket as far as Obama is concerned.

Now the BIG EX President is throwing grenades from the sidelines. Why doesn't he do what other Ex Presidents have done and fluck off like a flock of flidgeons! Nothing more Ex than an EX President

Along with half of the right.

Getting things done isn't worthy of praise if the things getting done are evil, immoral, or unconstitutional.

If he said today that he was going to instruct hospitals to kill all Muslim and Mexican babies born in the US, and then started implementing that policy tomorrow, would you congratulate him for "implementing the things he said he would"?

It's all true, my foul mouthed little friend.

Trumptards think (and I'm being generous there) that the bloated orange douche-bag can do no wrong.

Red is a perfect example.

Indeed, Mr Smith.

He brought it up, and then kept going on about how Trump is a self-made millionaire blah blah blah.

Then, when we show him how wrong he is, he decides it isn't really important anymore.

Classic Trumptard behaviour.

Let's get one thing clear Donald Trump has been elected on a platform of reforms which he is now invoking at a rapid rate

For many people the rate of implementation is putting them into a flat spin

No one should be surprised. Trump sees a problem organises a solution then executes action. He has done more in his first week as President than Obama managed in 8 years

They left are screaming their heads off in America and bewailing the fact that Obama has gone but Obama was a likeable man but a lousy President. If ever America needed a 'can do' President it is now

As the saying goes, 'cometh the hour, cometh the man'.

Donald Trump is not there to win a popularity contest he is there to repair a sick and ailing Country that desperately needs strong and visionary leadership - they will get that in Donald Trump

Yes Pec...I'm this that and the other as well.  What I am is unimportant. I  support Donald Trump turning around a heaving, groaning wreck of a Country that needs just one thing for the magic cure.

A President with a pair of gonads who is not afraid to make the big calls.

They have one

He's making the wrong calls.

As I explained to you before, getting things done isn't a good thing if the things that are getting done are bad.

You have been sucked in by the lies.

In time, you'll come to realise.

I realise this much Gregg...The U.S. has been involved in Wars it shouldn't have in for decades successive Presidents from both sides of the fence  there have made incredibly bad decisions based on incredibly bad Intelligence.

Donald Trump had every right to bag the sh.t out of the Central Intelligence Agency. They for too long have been running their own race in their games of Spy Versus Spy.

It was like they are a unanswerable to no one. Donald Trump has given them a big kick up the bum and told them in no mean manner that they had better get their sh.t together and start delivering..and not the crap they have been feeding the U.S. Government for years.

The more I see of Trump the more I like. He is kicking incompetent arseholes out the door left right and centre.

If you work for Trump then you had better be able to deliver otherwise there's the exit.
