Harry Bloggs buys a pair of pears and the fruit market spends part of the profit on a coffee, then orders more pears to fill the spot..... Bill Grower spends part of his profit on fertiliser.... grows more pears.... and so it goes on and on... the fertiliser factory pays Jim Guanoman to load bags of... you know.... and Jim goes out and buys a coffee at lunch time .. the coffee shop owner Luigi Grinda buys a pear or two.....
