Another controlled demolition.

Just checked, the building was the first steel frame building in that city with a steel frame.

The fire was in the top floors, ordinary fire cannot melt steel. it's been demolished, accidentally on 'porpoise'.

Someone killed those firefighters, charges can be seen going off before it collapses.
