By encouraging mass dependency on the welfare system, the Obama administration has ensured civil unrest due to program cuts which the establishment could then blame on President Trump.

load up the budget just before you get out.. throw out Billions of dollars to the greedy bludgers who think that they are entitled to FREE MONEY..

and then watch them go off when a responsible government tries to put the Budget back in the Black by cutting wasteful handouts..  >:(
