the level of corruption in the US is just mind boggling..

this isn't the first time that trillions of dollars have just gone "missing"... for forks sakes..

how did the democrats even get one single vote?

You do know that the democrats are not the federal reserve ?

It isn't about money that is missing - the questions were being asked about an audit process that hasn't been done. There may well be no money missing.

The best question in this video is, "If you are not responsible, who is?" Unfortunately, it is not pressed.

Beyond the workaday world of wage earners, the thing about corruption is that its degree and presence are relative to the sums of money available to be manipulated. If a fund of 10 million is sitting around, someone will be wrangling a slice they have no right to, and it just goes up exponentially. Its simple, lots of money means lots of corruption.
That is why "money wranglers" where business suits. It is to create a false aura of respectability.
