I don't really like just egg white but when I am doing a protein week I will whisk 2 eggs with 2 slurps of milk, some chives and seasoning.

Butter a plastic microwave container and tip in the eggs.  Sprinkle over some grated cheese, put a paper napkin over it and nuke for 1-2 minutes depending on your microwave.

Healthiest Muffins in the World  ...

Ingredients:

2 Bananas
4 Eggs
Raspberries

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVvmlb8ItEs

Crush the bananas with a fork. Mash them really well until it's all mushy. Perfect!
Then add the eggs. And then combine it all thoroughly once more.

Lightly grease the muffin tray with some butter and place 2-3 raspberries in the bottom of each. If you use frozen raspberries, then a few more raspberries won't go astray.
Now pour the banana-egg mixture over then top.

Place in a pre-heated oven for around 12 Minutes at 390° Fahrenheit/200 Celsius.

Once they turn golden-brown, they're finished. Give them a few minutes to cool and then get them out.

eggs really are the perfect food but uncooked egg whites block biotin which can lead to a deficiency

The Dutch have the perfect food drink. Or I am thinking of a lawyer?

Bananas are VERY unhealthy, TON of sugar!

Bananas have the same amount of sugar as oranges and far less than grapes, figs, lychees, mangoes, and cherries.  The benefit of bananas is that they contain 14% Vitamin C,  20% Vitamin B6, 10% Potassium and 6% Magnesium.

Everything in moderation is the key and it's all a question of balance.  Magnesium is good for cramps.

The rest of your post made no sense.

, figs,

ohhh ... how I miss fresh figs. It's to damn hot up here for figs otherwise I'd plant a few trees. The crap they sell at the shops just doesn't cut it.

Actually my post made perfect sense throughout and I even gave an extra clue for the clueless.

Hmmm and most of the magnesium in bananas is in the skins, wanna eat banana skins?

Oh god.

The Dutch drink is: Advokaat (advocate, lawyer, geddit?) If eggs are the perfect food then advokaat is the perfect drink: egg yolks dissolved in brandy. See? Just needed a bit of knowledge about food (incl drink.)

I know what Advokaat is but Advokaat/Advocate/Lawyer?  Really?   Oh GOD!  I am sure just EVERYONE knew that.

No, all you needed was some interest and knowledge of food. Advokaat — advocate oh yeah, such a HUGE jump, eh?

Especially as eggs were just called the perfect food and I piped up about the perfect drink, yeah, oh so hard  ::)

Yes, of course, everyone knew you were talking about Advokaat (which is a drink by the way) and how it relates to Lawyers    ;D

*shakes head*

A drink, but mostly eaten mixed with cream.

Face it, you know VERY little about food.

The clues were all there to a brain that was working and had some knowledge about food.

For your information Advokaat is most usually drunk with Cherry Brandy in Australia.

It isn't drunk at breakfast as a source of protein    :o

No it isn’t, don’t be ridiculous!

I said it was Dutch and the Dutch here and in Holland eat it with cream.

In summer you can make a snowball with it.

You really do not know much about food, do you BO?

If you want to pit your abysmal knowledge of food maybe you can answer my question in the Beer thread in Tavern?

Won’t hold my breath.
