Title: The miserable political legacy of Obama
Post by bogarde73 on Nov 10th, 2016 at 2:36pm
In 2009 the Democrats held 235 seats in the House of Representatives (a majority). Now they are down to 192 (a minority).

In 2009 the Democrats held 60 Senate seats (a majority). Now they are down to 48 (a minority).

Over the same period the Democrats have lost over 900 seats in State legislatures and 12 State Governors.

There's success boyo.

But wait, there's more. Obama has destroyed a respected unwritten convention that retiring presidents remain aloof from the election process for their successor. They will obviously favour their own party candidate, in most cases, but they don't openly campaign for them.

Not this m*therf**k*r. He got out there as if it was his own election and trashed the office of president in the process.

That's the Obama legacy.

funny, I seem to recall you were cheering at every convention Abbott broke ...

is it only a bad thing when someone from the other side does it?

I think you must have the intelligence to see he has been a disaster for the Democratic party.
No wonder, in her screaming hissy fit last night, he was one of Hillary's main gripes.

Trump is going to have a.full time job ripping down the failure of ObamaUncare and putting up something that works.
Always the end result of the left at play.
