How is it that a State like Florida where Spanish is spoken everywhere is Trump ahead of Clinton?

I just heard that Clinton spent almost $1 Billion on her campaign. That is obscene!

Trump spent a mere fraction of that and didn't he use his OWN money?

Where did Clinton's money come from? I thought she said they were "broke" when they left the White House.
