Drudge reports a Russian website as saying officials have been ordered to get their children home from abroad immediately, even if it means interrupting their education.

There are several possible motivations for this, but among them.could be terrorist fear or even prospect of war.

Now they are running nuclear war drills and being told to locate their nearest bunkers.
The mayor of St Petersburg has told citizens that for the first 3 weeks of war they can expect a bread ration of 200gms per day.

Certainly Drudge reported what seemed to be true descriptions of announcements on Russian TV etc.
What we don't know though is the motivations behind them, whether they were war fears or misinformation for the west or whatever.

Only people in Russia are not aware of it
