Title: 9/11 litigation: The next chapter begins
Post by Unforgiven on Oct 2nd, 2016 at 11:57am
The first law suits have been filed. The US government was opposing the veto override by congress and senate not for the issues of sovereign immunity but to try to prevent the exposure of the false 9/11 facts.

This will be extremely interesting in regard to how much can be proved in law suits.

Saudi Arabia and Egypt, the main home countries of hijackers will be fighting this very strongly and what may happen is the whole USA government 9/11 story may fall apart as Saudi Arabia and Egypt expose some of the concealed facts.

Quote:
In court documents filed Friday in Washington, D.C., DeSimone alleges Saudi Arabia provided material support to al Qaeda for more than a decade and was aware of the terror group's plan to attack the US.
"Absent the support provided by the Kingdom, al Qaeda would not have possessed the capacity to conceive, plan, and execute the September 11th attacks," the documents say.
The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiffs -- which include DeSimone's daughter -- suffered "severe and permanent personal injuries" and are seeking unspecified compensation.
The documents go on to allege Saudi Arabia, through agents and purported charities, provided al Qaeda members with financial and other logistical support to carry out the attacks.
Messages left Saturday with the Saudi embassy in Washington were not immediately returned.
The lawsuit comes just days after Congress voted to override President Barack Obama's veto of the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act, which allows Americans to sue a foreign state for acts of terrorism.
Congress voted overwhelmingly to override the veto -- the first time it has done so during Obama's presidency -- but the President warned it could damage the America's relationship with Saudi Arabia and even open the US government up to lawsuits by other foreign states for acts by the military.
One day after Congress passed the bill, top congressional leaders from each party expressed buyer's remorse over the legislation, calling for changes to be made to the law. House Speaker Paul Ryan specifically called for a "fix" to protect service members overseas.
Earlier this year, the US released portions of a formerly classified Congressional report showing some of the 9/11 hijackers were in contact with and received support from individuals likely connected to the Saudi government.
Fifteen of the 19 9/11 attackers were Saudi citizens.
The Saudi Foreign Ministry put out a statement earlier this week saying, "The enactment of JASTA is of great concern to the community of nations that object to the erosion of the principle of sovereign immunity, which has governed international relations for hundreds of years."
"The erosion of sovereign immunity will have a negative impact on all nations, including the United States."

The House of Saud has no comprehension of Western concepts like sovereignty. They're Islamic and don't understand concepts developed post about 700 AD.
A hundred odd years ago they were a wandering band of brigands living off camel milk heated on camel dung fires. Oh and the slave trade of course, which they still dabble in for entertainment.

The issue is the association of specific Saudi officials with the hijackers. I have not seen anything citing Egyptian government involvement.

President al Sisi of Egypt gave an interesting speech to the UN, last week I think it was, in which he tore apart the globalist philosophy of the likes of the EU leaders and the promoters of deals like TPP, who he said are the worst enemies of development opportunities in the third world.
While the military are in control in Egypt its people have a much better chance of peace & prosperity than they would have with the Brotherhood friends of the Saudis.

That claim will not condemn the Egyptian government of the day in court as 911 conspirators. Where as there are definite connections to the Saudi government.

There is still doubt as to the identity of the hijackers because no body parts were ever found and it is also speculated that their names were not on the passenger lists.

Some of the people purported to be 9/11 hijackers claim to be alive. So there is the possibility of stolen identities.

Because of the lack of transparent evident investigation of 9/11 by US government the litigation opens the possibility of exposure of new evidence and a requirement for the FBI and CIA to provide proof of the claims they have made.

May you live in interesting times.
