muslims read the instructions in the qur'an, then pray to allah, then kill people.

muslims pray to allah and look at the injured and bury their dead.

One lot of muslims, the killers, can prove by the tenets of islam, they are the highest grade of muslim.

The muslims who tend the injured and bury the dead all agree that these tenets are perfect and unchangeable.

So the death and destruction goes on.
