John Howard used the phrase to describe a GST.

Mr Abbott used the phrase to rule out future excuses for not bringing the budget back to surplus.

So, how soon will it take them to privatise Medicare if they are re-elected?

The only way to guarantee that Medicare will NOT be privatised is to put Libs last on your HoR ballot paper.

And NO number on the Senate ballot paper.
