I don't defend criminals and I don't shy away from naming root cause.  In this case it's perverted American gun culture and some degree of mental illness.

Ok so when a white person commits a crime it is an isolated incident which doesn't reflect on the rest of the community.

When a non-white commits a crime the whole of their culture must be condemned.
