Title: Turdballs solution to housing affordability
Post by Sir lastnail on May 4th, 2016 at 11:42am
Did anyone hear it on Jone Fane's program this morning ? Turdball even tried to make light if it the arrogant SOB.

First Turdball rambles on about the plumber on 80K negatively gearing his 5th investment property and why he will be at such a disadvantage to some rich c..t if NG is removed when in the past Turdball has stated that NG is nothing more than Tax Fraud and Tax evasion !!

Then pressed on the matter of housing affordability Turdball suggests that young peoples parents buy them a house. :D LOL

Does Turdball really expect young voters to vote for him at the next election ?

And, in the day, we thought that Fraser was an arrogant bastard.

This pr!ck gives a whole new meaning to the word.

This is as good as 'poor people don't use (enter item)'.....

If I had the money I would certainly buy my children a home..... but my name isn't Fat Joe, The Cormorant, Tunbulldust, Short One, Guileard or whoever else you wish to add to the list.... living off the fat of the land while wrecking a silly nation.....

But life wasn't meant to be easy.... Malcolm Fraser (whose hardest job was having the golden spoon removed from his mouth)... said..... but hey - am I sitting at the country club sucking down a few cool ones with The Great White and talking billion dollar transfers internally?

Sensible, reliable, predictable, that's Mr Turnbull for you. Say what you'll do and do what you say. Who needs Mr Abbott anymore?

Mr Turnbull is our new Roads and Infrastructure Prime Minister.

It's really something many older australians should consider.  Maybe not outright, but a deposit would be a small repayment towards what they've already stolen from the future generations.

But no - this is the generation who proudly proclaim they're going to spend every last cent, leaving their children with nothing , except maybe debt - and get applause for it.

What exactly has been stolen from future generations.

1.2 million negatively geared properties !! Give them back to the families who would be more than satisfied to own one roof over their heads and go to work and pay their fair share of tax.

Housing affordability is not something that politicians consider to be worthy of discussion, let alone change - since, to them - it is part of the business of being in 'government' here.

Surely everyone knows by now that the entire purpose of entering 'government' is to enrich oneself out of the public purse?

Bloody peasants.... just can't get a grip on the realities of life.

Inflated housing prices are another Howard legacy with his capital gain discount and first homebuyers grant  , astonishing the prices here when you look at what you get in the USA for half the price , i shake my head thinking about what the younger generation have to go through to buy a place these days .

half the price? watched one of the flip shows the other day where  in the suburbs of a decent sized city (forgot the name the city)  they bought an old 4 bed, 3 bath, 2 living area house on a large plot for $30k ..... sure, it was old and dilapidated and needed to be completely gutted, but here you wouldn't even get the roof for that price

We are being taken to the cleaners on property deals and that's exactly how Malcolm and his sidekick with the sh.t eating grin wants it :(

The youth of the australia better not vote for this f.cker otherwise the only roof over their head they can afford will be a storm water drain :(

Before you get too excited and shift off your couch to America how much are state and city taxes?

PS nails, no one is going to give you a house, even with the property crash you have been praying for you still need to put your hand into your pocket.    ::)

Does everyone know that that Morriscum used to work for the Property Council in the 90's and these are the same pricks that launched the "Don't touch negative gearing" ads on TV recently. What's the bet that Morriscum got a phone call from these jigs telling him to keep his hands off negative gearing. Of course they didn't have to twist his arm to much !!

What a bunch of self serving crooks we have running this place. Greed has no bounds with these pricks :(
