When I lived in Winnipeg I was shocked at the brutal hatred the "inhabits" there had about the Cree. In some ways, that genocide still carries on there to this very day.

If you are going to pick a race or group and label them as useless then first I guess you would have to define the parameters to use in order to measure that uselessness.

In this case I would say those parameters are the ability to assimilate into a white western capitalist civilization,  and maybe the degree to which one can resist alcohol and drug abuse, some others may be the level of child abuse and domestic violence that your community is willing to engage in and also the level of criminality.

If you use those parameters then certain groups can easily be labelled as completely dysfunctional misfits and useless but this is considered an impolite thing to do and that is why the leftard method of sweeping it all under the carpet and attacking anyone that brings it up as a racist scum is the generally accepted method of dealing with issues like this.  :)
