Title: BArnet is on the way out
Post by John Smith on Mar 19th, 2016 at 10:40am
Support for the WA Labor opposition is higher than that for the government, a poll shows.

The ReachTEL poll questioned 1248 voters across the state on Thursday night, and showed that Labor would smash the government if an election were to be held soon, the opposition leading by 12 points on a two-party preferred basis, The Weekend West reports.

The 56 per cent of the 1248 people questioned said they would vote for Labor compared to 44 per cent who supported the government.

Modelling shows that if the sentiment of those who participated in the poll were replicated in an election, Labor would not only win the 10 seats needed to defeat the conservative alliance in power, but would take an additional 11, The Weekend West says.

It'll be interesting to see if Labor keep McGowan, or if they decide to change to Wyatt (or someone else).

I still have my doubts about McGowan leading them to a win.

McGowan is trouncing Barnett on the preferred Premier polling and has a high satisfaction rating among WA voters. On those figures, I have no doubts about his ability.

The swing is on: Barnett is famous for not calling the mining boom that built the Asian century a boom!

...add that to copper Internet and you have an unenviable moral law claiming the right to govern!

IT'S ALL OVER FOR SIDESHOWmal 😜

It's attitude: carpenter got smashed for being cocky!

Barnett is just your old sour puss born to rule lib and this is the start of the national swing!

You just watch Barnaby freak as Windsor picked the scent of it just perfectly!

The Paul Murray showdown in Tamworth was beautiful!

Barnaby started with an overly exuberant wave to the people...it was like watching Malcolm Turnbull do his famous special hop!

These guys are barrelled: BOTH OF EM AND DON'T THE PUNTERS FEEL ASHAMED OF THE GLOBAL INFAMY OF COPPER INTERNET FOR THE CLEVER COUNTRY IN THE ASIAN CENTURY WE BUILT!

...feel that?   IT'S CALLED GLOBAL SHAME SHAME SHAME JANA!i

its amazing how some people think a change of govt actually makes thing better....for them.. 8-)

yet I havent heard  any rejoicing in Qld..at the wonderful changes to their lives ::) ::)since Annastacia won office over 12 months now...

and of course Clive taking over Fairfax I am sure has made huge improvements to lives of the voters in that   electorate all very hush hush of course.

strangely a change n ever makes much of a mark to my existence....no more than when my footy team loses....that is.. when I do get a bit sullen...I have to admit...
