The answer is actually 'no'.
They cannot legally enter into a contract, much like a minor......unless they are of course influenced by the leftist collective....which is quite common ...as evidenced here... :D |

Privatise the vote? Now there's an idea........ Let's talk to our shareholders.... "A vote is more efficient when handled by private enterprise rather than a hide-bound public body!! AEO has failed to deliver the goods and to provide value for money, and is, in fact, a massive burden on the voting public while providing massive retirement schemes for public servants who only work one day a year (yardle, yardle)! That much is obvious! When we take into account the remuneration required for our board etc, and our paid staff.... it is obvious that such a venture needs NO government funding, but venture capital in the guise of donations! A privatised Electoral Office would be much more efficient for the needs of the voting public... who can just come in, sign a paper, give their vote online or whatever while paying a toll, and/or offer a paper bag.. and be on their way!" |

Anyone over the age of eighteen that is on an electoral role can vote. Many people with disabilities are capable of lodging a vote. I would be much more concerned about the old Alzheimers brigade rolling in that do totally rely on the advice of those that take them to vote. |
