Title: Blokes and their Bowels
Post by LEUT Bigvicfella (RTD) on Feb 28th, 2016 at 8:06pm
Like many blokes I used to just walk/run/slide to the dunny when the need arose.    As I get older, I am finding  all sorts of things I need to check when the occur.   The colour of the morning piddle, how it changes with water intake and my doctor also recommended I have a "birdseye" in the bowl after the deed is done.  Just some info for those interested.  The 2nd link is just a light hearted look at the issue in question.   It's for men, not hairy Greek sheilas from Hurstville!

yes, I think it is a good idea to have an idea of how your body normally works.
Know what is usual.
Then if something unusual occurs you are aware of it.

eg, blood in your poos is a bad sign. See, if you never look you will never see it.

What is that ?
I have not heard of it.

I have rolled oats for brekky.
Really nice, add milk, nuke for 40 seconds.
Add yoghurt if you are feeling creative ..........
