Now the government has back peddled on Baby Asha ... now for all the other refugees in the offshore gulags. |

If you let everyone in the 'gulags' come in then it will be a clear signal to people smugglers and all the nice little boat riders and Mr sh!t smell Paki taxi driver that an easy path to immigration is to hop on big gay Muhammad's big gay boat ride get, chucked in a gulag for a few months then get a nice little flat in Lakemba, then before you can say 'don't look at my wife's aurat' there will be 1000s of funny little people coming by boat every week and then we'll run out of nice little apartments in Lakemba and we'll have to sell the Harbour Bridge to the Chinese to build more nice little apartments in Lakemba.

No. There are only two outcomes now thanks to those Medical Practitioners who did the job they are expected to do which is act if they see a child in jeopardy. They either stay in Australia having been found to be legitimate refugees, or, if they are found not to be, back they go to Nepal. |

The family has already been deemed as not being genuine refugees.
Time for these country shoppers to go home. |

Under Labor the test for a refugee was having brown skin, being a Muslim or coming from a country where open defecation is the norm.
I wonder if they will start accepting refugees from Darwin? http://www.news.com.au/national/darwins-istanbul-cafe-complains-about-people-having-sex-in-park/story-fndo4eg9-1226536087127 |

Correct. Even Far Leftwing luvvie Angela Merkel says that if it's safe for even legitimate refugees to go home - then off they should go. And personally, after visitting the foreign city that Sydney's Parramatta has become, I'm sick of Darkies, and Asians, and Muslims, and Nepalese, and Eskimos, and Pacific Islanders, and Everyone-but-Whites seeming to be the only ones coming into Australia these past few years. GO AND VISIT PARRAMATTA. IT WILL OPEN YOUR EYES to what our politicians have been doing to stamp out the Anglo-Saxon-White-European Australia that this once was. The social engineering has been deliberate and a gross betrayal of the sons and daughters of the soldiers who fought to keep Australia a homeland for their future generations. GO AND SEE PARAMATTA as it is now. Wall-to-wall Chinese and Indians. |

Caved on (gst) economic management ... caved on boarder security by pretending to be compassionate toward baby refugees ... and the year is still young.
How many more backflips will the coalition under turnbull do, so to protect their marginal seats ? Strong Tony Abbott wouldn't have cracked ... never ... not like meek and mild Mal. |

New protest laws in WA 'a threat to civil liberties' New laws in Western Australia aimed at criminalising so-called "radical protests" are undemocratic and a threat to basic civil liberties, lawyers say. Police Minister Liza Harvey said the laws were specifically aimed at protesters who used devices such as thumb and arm locks, which require a skilled technician to remove. In an unusual step, the laws reversed the onus of proof, meaning police would be able to arrest anyone they thought was about to break the law. http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-03-12/new-protest-laws-in-wa-'a-threat-to-civil-liberties'/6306126 Libs = Facists |

Greens = eco terrorists. You halfwits have no right to chain yourself to earthmoving or mining equipment if they have the legal right to be going about their work. If it were up to me, I'd tell the guy with the chainsaw to cut their arms off instead of spending time hacking off the locks. You fools have no right to disrupt people going about their rightful jobs whether you disagree with what they do or not. If you disagree, then the correct venue for your grievances is in the court system. |

Some justifiably desperate people will take risks to find freedom. While Asha's injury was accidental, this decision may motivate others to exploit illness or injury to replicate the outcome
As psychologist Paul Bloom has said: "If you want to be good and do good, empathy is a poor guide". Empathy favours an individual over many, stirring emotions that clouds rational decision-making. It's why we care more about an individual in dire straits than a genocide overseas. http://m.smh.com.au/comment/baby-asha-decision-sets-a--risky--precedent-20160221-gmzlbd.html |

Well done, Dutton. Babygate. I'm putting a poll up. |

I haven't the slight doubt - absolute ZERO - that Asha and family will end up in Australia on a whole bunch of Welfare benefits and be 'celebrated' and hosted by the ABC and SBS channels.
Anyone with tits is not allowed to vote. This includes you, of course, karnal. |
