Well Ted, I would agree, this site has some issues.

But, so to do most if not all of the other sites I have looked at, both here in OZ & overseas!

As for Trolls & other issues, my best suggestion is to simply ignore most of it and hopefully the GMods, like myself, can hopefully sort out some of the issues that arise!?

Oh, I agree completely.  But they are pretty easily resolved in two ways.  GMods need to be:

1.  Completely consistent in their moderation.  If 'Kill him' is acceptable when posted by one Member, it is acceptable if posted by another.

2.  Not creating new Rules to suit (a) their own political agenda and (b) the demands of just one Member who is hounding them via PM and instructing them how they must act.
