The Libs ought to insure Turnbull against any absence from Parliament.  Any second that Joyce is acting as PM either in Parliament or not will be a disaster!  I don't doubt the bloke's passion and work ethic in his electorate, but he is just not up to PMship.  The clunky (to be polite) way he handled the Capt Sparrow dog thing is a great metaphor.

I'm not inclined to that sort of thing at all. Just going by what I've seen from Labor in the past. Keating did it numerous times for Soharto when he was Indo President.
