Fair enough.

Isn't it funny, in my household, everyone comes to ME if they have a very personal problem. Hubby is always sharing stuff with me. I guess he feels it's ok to talk about whatever. It's me as his caring wife (or caring mum lol) that he's talking to. He knows I'll understand/support him no matter what it is.

I guess not all men have that type of relationship. My husband's 1st wife....could not sit down and listen to her husband. It was all about her. (It's STILL all about her unfortunately...but that's another story).

IMO, if you can't feel comfortable around your wife, to share EVERYTHING, knowing she'll understand and help you/support you ......then you've got a problem relationship.

The same applies with mum/kids.

From the get go....I have mantained an open door policy advocating safety and confidence to be authentic and true to yourself. Life's too short to be anything else/to live any other way.

Having said all that, a Man Cave is a good thing IMO. I feel men need their own space. It functions well in my home.

A certain husband decided to put up some shelving in the Man Cave recently. Last night at around 3 am, it all came crashing down with a bunch of books and whatever else was on it. And by God did it scare the hell out of me. I thought we had intruders.

And as usual, I, wife and mummy was the one who ran to investigate/sort out the situation. With cricket bat in hand...mind you.

I returned to bed annoyed.

"The Tsar Bomb has hit your Man Cave",  I muttered as I drifted back into REM sleep.

All males in our household are presently surveying the wreckage.

At some stage they'll figure out that the mess in there will have to be cleaned up....and as it's a Man Cave, it's their job to MAKE IT SO.

In the interim, the girls and I are off to do some shopping :)

But in all honesty, I never knew men were into all this. I guess some men must be very VERY hairy.

In our household, the men shave their face once a day and go for a quick no 2 all over haircut once a month. They have their own shaving gel, shower gel and under arm spray. That's about it.

The thing is, I thought all men were like this.

They're not. It seems some worry too much about silly things (like removing scrotum hair as you've stated). Just like nasal hair, it's there for a reason.

Stuff it. Be a man I say. Leave that scrotum hair alone. If your woman doesn't like you for it....grow a set and tell her where to go.  :P

There is a mystery which needs to be cleared up.  When I quote anything you post.......it tells me you are ms.cuteandcheeky.

How can that be Jones?  Are you too a 'multi?'

That is interesting , i made no secret i changed my name , even left avatar and armpits quote so there was no confusion , whats your excuse Lisa ?
