The travel she is paying back looks to be legitimate a rare occasion where it could be an error or honest mistake.

I would think that travelling to refugee camps and environment meetings would be legitimate travel ?

If it was legit travel and claim then she is not required to pay it back

She's required to pay back almost $9K i.e. it was not a legit claim
