I sometimes get nostalgic about many things but extinct cheeses is a funny one.

Where did all those great NSW south coast cheddars go? Bodalla, Kameruka, Robertson, ABC & maybe others I dont remember.
I know where Robertson went - the factory closed down. Maybe that happened elsewhere.

A shame, they were all good cheeses.

I also heard somewhere that Kraft had opened up a cheese factory in Nazareth.

They're apparently very excited about their promo campaign,

"Kraft presents cheeses of Nazareth"...
