Interesting article on causes of drug addiction,Portugal had a major drug problem before they were decriminalised.

I was against making drugs legal, the war on drugs has failed time to tax the druggos and let the government make money from it.

Heard about Portugal on the ABC last year I think anything that works is potentially a good idea.
