Title: Dark clouds gather from Libs on Economy
Post by red baron on Nov 9th, 2015 at 12:56pm
The first grey clouds from Malcolm Turnbull's Government didn't take long to appear.

Firstly he ripped pain relief scripts off the PBS his mouthpieces saying they are just as cheap over the counter...They aren't as seniors and those on meagre incomes will find, they are triple the price of a subsidised script.

Now the spectre of a rise in the GST.

Also murmurs of placing visits to GP's under the private Health Schemes.

We are rapidly going to hell in a hand basket under Turnbull.

If all this stuff comes to fruition. Problem is Malcolm Turnbull is first and foremost a businessman, a very capable one.

However, even though he has a humanitarian bent, I can see a huge amount of Australians being  hit really hard under the provisions outlined.

I would take pause if I were Turnbull because if he keeps going down this path he will surely lose the Unloseable Election.

He's just another Kevin Dudd promising a free laptop for everyone and then making you pay for it :(

This is about the only time I'll ever agree with you.

Abbott should have been left at the top.

A$ looking sicker. It dipped below US$ 0.7 before recovering slightly back over 0.7.

If USA raises interest rates the next support level for A$ will be 0.60.
