Title: Bob Hawke dogs it on China taking our jobs Post by red baron on Aug 28th, 2015 at 12:23pm
Bob Hawke has dogged it on the issue of Chinese workers being able to work in Australia under the Free China Trade Agreement. Australian workers will have their jobs threatened by cheap Chinese Labour influxing into our workforce. Why pay Australian Tradies top dollar when you can pay a Chinese import el cheapo rates?
Don't be surprised by Hawkes support of Tony Abbott's stance on the Free China Trade Agreement. Bob Hawke is for Bob Hawke always has been, he passes himself off as a 'good bloke' but I remember in the 70's when he Head of the ACTU and I and a lot of fellow workers lost their jobs at Ansett because of crooked goings on. Bob Hawke did a 'Pontius Pilate' and washed his hands of us. History repeats itself. Bob Hawke is a false prophet, always has been. He is in this one for the money with his oh so close ties with China. |

Bob Hawke is a c..t. He's the national real estate agent of Australia. He's made no less than 100 trips over to china to sell off chunks of Australia to his chinese mates. Guess who pays for these trips ?
No wonder he lives in a 3 story mansion along the harbourside. It's about time we stop these generous parliamentary pensions. Let them work until 67. Same with lug-head Latham. This dude has nothing else to do except talking sh.t, writing stupid books and going to movies whilst we pay him :( He's another one that has never had a real job in his life. |

bob hawke is a top level limp wristed freemason
ho hum ... keep voting australiana "I gladly acknowledge the debt of my own government to Fabianism". He also said in that speech, "The Fabian Society acknowledges the principal tenet of Marxism, the abolition of private property, in this case to own land. They then align themselves with the non-violent arm of Marxism by accepting the non-violent road of patient gradualism to total government." Bob hawke . |

Bob Hawke is no different to many politicians who have filled their pockets after leaving office. Tony BLiar is the most blatant example followed by Dick Cheney and the Clintons.
They bide their time in office, obey their masters and later collect the cash rewards. |

No it's not .... you'd probably class me as a leftie
& I have never liked Hawke or Keating. & despite all the Tory anti Hawke waffle you should be praising him .... he was the best conservative PM since Bob Menzies & as such a sell out to big business both internally & OS. He has definitely sold out workers & the Union movement...... |

if there is NO BUSINESS there are NO JOBS.. where do the job s come from????>..if NOT BUSINESS?.. in the world today its is BIG business... everywhere you look where jobs are is in the hands of BIG BUSINESS suck as MINING... I would have thought at least the UNIONS would get that.. will they hav e a job if we drive away BIG BUSINESS instead of encouraging it?? dont forget these BIG BUSINESS can basically go anywhere in the world today they do not have to come to Australia.. and fight every step of the way.... I DONT GET WHAT THE UNIONS WANT???... business has to run a profit...if it doesnt it wont survive.. and that means jobs going... what sell out are you talking about????... anyone I know with a JOB in this country is very well paid...had plenty of off time..even parent time.. what do you want????? |

You don't get anything ....period. Everyone knows that business & jobs go hand in hand but what you Tories want is for business to rule the jobs in what ever manner it deems fit .... & that's the very reason trade Unions exist ... because of unfair, unscrupulous business owners .. who exploit the workforce... what's more you Tories seem to think it's OK for you to form associations/business groups to lobby governments to change working/ industrial relations to suit your agenda ...... in other words be Unions of Employers. You & they are such hypocrites. |

That is the problem; we need Unions to protect the rights of workers, yet most Union leaders betray the workers, and use them only to get into politics and fill their pockets, at the expense of the average workers. I once heard in a discussion, ; will the worker of most Asian countries soon reach the affluence of the Western workers; the answer from one discussion member was; no the Western workers will be brought down to the level of the Asian workers, and it is happening very fast. Politicians are supposed to be addressed as the "Hon" so and so, when in reality, the opposite should be said, because the majority of politicians and ex- politicians lack any decency in their actions. |

So they let Chinese workers into Australia, but not under our awards? That will hand the opposition a sh*tload of election ammunition. It is as bad as Labor's immigration policy.

Bob Hawke dogs it on China taking our jobs
Does anyone think it is strange that there is not one word in this topic to suggest that the topic is correct ? Nothing here supports the contention that Hawke supports the China agreement, not saying he doesn't, I don't know but it isn't included in the words presented here one way or the other. Not one of the better arguments ever made. |

It would certainly appear that way but you have to question why four of the top 20 companies on the Australian stock exchange are the four major banks and there are some minor banks and some insurance companies ? Aren't we good at anything other than selling snake oil to the punters ? |

Are Aussies going to build projects in China worth more than $150m and bring in their own workers? Not on your life! Hawke must think we are still as stupid as when we elected him to bugger over the Pilots union..... and set in train the demolition of the Union movement and stability in this country..... Without stability based on fair prosperity and a fair prospect of fair prosperity for the many - there is no stability - only an eternal wait for the lid to come off...... as it will soon - oh, look - it is coming off right now ...... |

The old saying holds sway, 'when you shake hands' with 'good bloke' Bob Hawke check your fingers to see how many you have left.
He has screwed Australia over just like he did his dear wife Hazel for Blanche D'apulget. I can remember a shot of him sitting on a dock with his toes in the water ruminating about how much sex he was going to have with Blanche. Wonder how much is going on with them now. Most probably has trouble getting out of bed let alone getting it up. ;) |

wikipedia- according to the journal Culture, Medicine and Psychiatry, there are over 300,000 suicides in China annually;[6] thus China accounts for more than 30% of the world's suicides.[7] The suicide rate in the Yangtze Basin is about 40% higher than in the rest of China.[8
