He will be getting the bill alright , a bill of economic incompetence , borrowing more money to pork barrel an electorate , its quite entertaining when the Libs bring up the word " unfunded" with Labors policy . Costello and Howard sold all the assets righties , where do you actually think the money is coming from, revenue ? You killed two new revenue streams for your backers and it was right there in ya face with PEFO . Every election promise you have made is borrowed money or cut backs on health and education. Making baird do your dirty work asking for a GST rise, what a failure from a fed government that promised so much and delivered twice, twice the budget deficit and added 100 billlllllion dollars to national debt.

Its a meaningless question. A lot of those policies are budget neutral or bring in money/save money (Wealth Tax) or cost very little (Gay marriage). Again its all about persuasion by appealing to emotions and prejudices.

We need a leader who can grab hold of the handle bars. Know when to pedal like crazy. Know when to apply the breaks. Sit high in the saddle. Assemble all the many parts and maintain a well oiled machine. I'm not the expert on bycicle maintenence, but I believe that person is Abbott.
