I love your posts Copper. Are you on acid when you write them?

Comparing the CO2 increase since about 1998 to the temperature record from NOAA for the same period, I don't see a spike in temperature reflected in their data.

Shouldn't skyrocketing CO2 cause skyrocketing temperatures. That's what the CO2 meme says.

According to Tamino the trend is the same, not increasing.

Sorry, what is the system boundary again for this graph?

Atmospheric temperatures LAG co2 by 800 years....co2 is a nothing trace element and has one claim to fame, the socialists have fabricated an evil but false premise in order to apply a monetary wealth transfer mechanism. As we all know, capitalism is the worst thing evah after all .... effing muppets need to be skull dragged down a dirt road.

This information is the opposite of Global Warming.

Video – 30 Top Scientists Predict Global Cooling 2015-2050.

http://iceagenow.info/2014/12/video-30-top-scientists-predict-global-cooling-2015-2050/

“You do understand that a 2 degree Celsius drop takes us back to 400-year temperatures when 25 percent of the people on the planet starved to death,” says this  video.”Food prices will begin rising exponentially next year.”

Forecasting a 1 to 2 degrees Celsius drop.

Now headed into a Dalton minimum type cooling
    Perhaps even a Maunder minimum
    A Mini Ice Age
A long-term solar minimum (aka solar hibernation)

There are a large amount of scientists worldwide that are predicting a new Grand Solar Minimum beginning around 2015, but are never quoted or referenced in the main stream media, says David DuByne. This is a small list of who’s research does not see the light of day because of political agendas surrounding “AGW”.

With a possibility of imminent cooling, it is irresponsible for government agencies to turn a blind eye and continue pushing a warming agenda by purposely silencing, sidelining and dismissing peer reviewed and published research on Sun induced Earth cooling cycles.

Average global atmospheric and oceanic temperatures will drop significantly beginning between 2015 and 2016 and will continue with only temporary reversals until they stabilize during a long cold temperature base lasting most of the 2030’s and 2040’s. The bottom of the next global cold climate caused by a “solar hibernation” (a pronounced reduction in warming energy coming from the Sun) is expected to be reached by the year 2031.

Atmospheric temperatures: wow, isn't rider being careful with his naming systems to gain the credibility necessary to psuedo-successfully sow the lie  ;D ;D

Nice link to your graph from the US EPA.

From the same source -

'Learn about the four most important greenhouse gases-carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and fluorinated gases-and options for reducing emissions.' (my embolden)

http://www.epa.gov/climatechange/ghgemissions/

How can a supposedly Scientific Organization forget to include the most important GHG, water vapour?

Water vapour stays in the air nine days! It is a carbon sink most of the time when it falls to the earth and becomes ocean  :) :)

Of course not.. Al 'coolaid' Gore says so...

lee and gizmo, apparently ,  don't understand that the properties of water also make it a carbon sink,.. or did they collectively just forget that bit for propaganda purposes :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[  :-?  ;) ;) ;) ;) :)

The amount of water on earth has not changed, although its form may have.

Australia is known as the dry continent, but it is a huge carbon sink. Who woudda thunk?

But the EPA is supposed to be a science based organisation, why don't they include water vapour as a greenhouse gas?

Water vapour is in a natural cycle: extra carbon dioxide is being injected into the system by engineered means.
