Title: British urge British Abbott! Post by DaS Energy on Nov 16th, 2014 at 11:56am
British Prime Minister David Cameron has urged Tony Abbott to take out more insurance against climate change, even if he doesn't believe in the threat.
Speaking from the G20 summit in Brisbane, Mr Cameron has told UK television that every country has to bring something more to the next round of climate talks in Paris. But he says countries that have done the least especially need to do more, and he's had what he called "friendly conversations" with Mr Abbott about that. Action on climate change has been a major talking point at the summit, despite Abbott government efforts to keep the focus on economic growth and jobs. - See more at: http://www.skynews.com.au/news/top-stories/2014/11/16/cameron-prods-abbott-on-climate-change.html#sthash.xjzyB3jq.dpuf |

Fully agree, the Carbon Tax not reduce Carbon emissions it reduced electricity purchase, taking the fun out of life! To reduce Carbon one not oppose the reduction of Carbon by new technology driving electricity to half its present tariff. Labour dodged this for as long as it could. The LNP and The greens fully oppose the Australian gifted technology of Carbon reduction. DaS_Principal_007.png (78 KB | 33
