Title: How to Start-up & Run my own BOARD?

I'm new to this BBS, & I've done a few searches without finding the answer I'm looking for.
So here goes:

How does one start their own MEMBER RUN BOARD??

The reason I ask is because I've been on many BBSs on the Net, & most of them have a place to Play GAMES...Examples.....Like word type games, Counting type games, What are you doing type games, What are you listening to type games, etc...etc...etc

I would like to start one, & within a MEMBER RUN BOARD sounds like the most logical place to 'play games'

Here are some examples (from a BBS chosen at random) of the type of games I mean:

If running my own USER RUN BOARD isn't possible, where would you suggest I run my GAMES type thread(s)?

Being a newbie, I can appreciate you needing to see my activity over a longer term before investing your time & efforts.

Can you give me some sort of time frame, & how I should go about requesting it?
