for financing schoolgirl mothers to keep their accidental babies. What good luck for live-in paedophiles to savage and kill innocent 2 yr olds!

Link? We know such things happen, but how often?
Children are most at peril in the hands of the combination of mother and the 'new lion' in the pride, by a figure of seven times more than in the hands of natural parents alone... including fathers. So - serial single motherhood anyone? |

Worst PM ever. No question.
Though Never-Elected Gillard runs him close. |

Now children - today's subject is not Comparative Politicians 101 - it's Hazards of Single Motherhood to Children, and is an Honours subject.... heads down.... stick to the subject matter or you fail!

Title: Re: Thanks Gough Post by Dame Pansi on May 3rd, 2014 at 8:41am Why would you blame the mother? Thankfully, these sicko crimes are extremely rare and putting the blame back onto the mother is also a little bit sick. Did you know that 'ice' is bad, makes people do weird and violent stuff? |

Winner of the Dreadful Duopoly—Worst Treasurer and Worst PM—Little Johnny Vagina Howard, went through $350Bn of once in a lifetime revenue from a real estate boom. Nothing is left of that money, it didn’t build a new road or university etc. Something about flag poles on school grounds. Not content with that, he and his dopey Treasurer built their profligacy into the Budget to bedevil future governments, even the present shambles led by the simian. Both Gough and Julia dragged the country forward against ferocious Lib opposition. No economist has anything good to say about Howard. |

From the Boer's far right perspective of course he would hate Gough. In fact the man was an innovative, charismatic independent thinker. He was a "progressive" because he believed in social reform. He was like a meteor skimming across the sky, casting light, then dying. Certainly not the worst PM, but not the best, either. But a real character who has booked his place in history. Which is more than can be said for the Boer. |

Heh, Gough handed down three surplus Budgets. If Gough struggled with the first oil price shock the Fraser govt was no better—witness the dreadful hat trick of bad news left by his second Treasurer, the country’s worst ever, double digit rates of inflation, unemployment and interest. High deficits rather than surpluses.

Yet both advanced the cause of the nation, great reformers both. Both doing their work at difficult times and circumstances, oil price shock and the aftermath of the GFC (made worse by the boom and reckless spending by Howard & Costello.)

I have no idea of the credibility of the site which is the source of the link I will put below, but it goes into a lot of detail regarding the CIA's involvement in the overthrow of Gough Whitlam's government.
I have always been suspicious of the CIA involvement because I was made aware of it, before the events actually happened. I used to listen to parliament and political shows on the ABC, while working on site during the day, and a couple of weeks before the dismissal, a Labor pollie asked the Libs what they knew about the known CIA coup master, Marshall Green's activities in Australia, and why he was meeting with senior Liberals, including Sir Garfield Barwick? I am no fan of nutty conspiracy theories, but I truly believe that there is a mountain of evidence regarding the most dramatic time in our political history, which we have never been allowed to examine, and so the questions remain. http://www.american-buddha.com/cia.australia.htm |

Title: Re: Thanks Gough Post by Knight Errant Sir Grappler on May 3rd, 2014 at 12:30pm
Gough at least had a grand vision of taking back the farm - something becoming ever more of a necessity daily as Australia founders - by borrowing a paltry $300m (not paltry at the time) and buying out all stocks of ore deposits for the future harvesting by Australians for Australians - not Indians, Chinese and 457 visa holders.
Now - in my later years - I am forced to offer before you Philistines the Golden city concept of the GAIA - an independent Australian owned and operated modern steel and subsidiary facility on the West Coast run on natural gas and solar and wind power, thus developing the West Coast and within easy range of the ore deposits on whom the leases will be terminated soon and the resources revert to the National Resource Bank of Oz...... No middle men, no hole diggers masquerading as empresses and emperors and purporting to know all the answers to modern Australia's problems, many of which are generated by these same empresses and emperors and their mandarins such as Andrei... who forever trumpets the glories of thatcher in reducing his poor suffering dad's income tax... In 1971 the top rate of income tax on earned income was cut to 75%. A surcharge of 15% kept the top rate on investment income at 90%.In 1974 the cut was partly reversed and the top rate on earned income was raised to 83%. With the investment income surcharge this raised the top rate on investment income to 98%, the highest permanent rate since the war. This applied to incomes over £20,000 (£176,477 as of 2014). Margaret Thatcher, who favoured indirect taxation, reduced personal income tax rates during the 1980s.[14] In the first budget after her election victory in 1979, the top rate was reduced from 83% to 60% and the basic rate from 33% to 30%" Yup - Andrei's dad was suffering on around $400k a year..... life is tough for some, though.... and Maggie simply introduced indirect taxes so he gained nothing, but thought he had... DUM. |
