Final episode, of what is apparently a true story, suggests a level of collusion in the highest ranks of the French military with the fascists to make a German invasion so easy.
Didn't know that but when you think of it, the Germans practically just walked into France unopposed.

Great series. Didn't realise David Tennant was such a capable actor.

Yes, it was very well made. Part 2 was mostly about things that were not in the book (the gold, the intruders in Warsaw, the spies at the farmhouse). They added drama but were fillers and distracted from the main issue - France was preparing to re-fight the previous war whereas Germany - was preparing for blietzkrieg through the Ardennes.

David Tennant carried it all very well.

Missed it.

But i will be sure to catch the eventual inevitable repeat.     :)

I haven't seen it. Did it mention how the rothschilds and their banker friends in NY helped to finance both sides of the war?? Did they mention how the jews declared a financial war on Germany just a couple of years before the war?? ........Probably not. Its not like SBS is going to give you all the facts.

Although I did see a movie called "Katyn" which seemed to be quite honest. As it was the Russians who committed that particular atrocity.

But what most people don't know is that the German officers at the Nuremburg trials were charged with committing the Katyn forest massacre along with gassing the jews which of course they were hung for. So much for the integrity and justice of the Nuremburg trials.
The movie katyn also failed to show that a significant proportion of the Russian Secret Police(NKVD/KGB), who were the actual perpetrators, were zionist-jews. Hmmmm .....I wonder why? Not.

Oh and please try not to believe everything you see on TV.
Especially when watching the ABC or SBS. Both of 'em are basically commie-propagandist organisations................ funded by the taxpayer of course.  ::)
