Title: Modern Married Bliss Post by Billy Jack on Oct 12th, 2013 at 9:25am
Friends, it has come to my attention that you fine folks out there in cafe chit-chat land are worried about the future of our great country and the fine women folks who live here. :-/ ;D
If I would be a woman, I'd be worried too, because these chit-chats aint always polite. :( What's the reality for men out there, you fine middle aged white men who just want to marry and settle down (again) with a nice fine Australian woman? :D :D This is what's bugging y'all, as far as I can tell. Married Life in Brisbane Town And alternatives: Men finding alternatives? :D :D |

What's the matter friends? Your wives don't let you use the computers without peering over your shoulder? :D :D :D :D
Speak freely, friends. ;) |

Friends, many folks love them videos, and they keep coming back for more. Why? Because they sound so damn good!
Others folks live in a bubble, and don't like the truth touching their dainty little ears. I am new to the internet, and the truth hurts, but once you get over it , y'all will be fine. Now, what do y'all think about marriage in the modern world? ;D :D :D ;D |

I think you'll find it's you living in the bubble ... a few deranged people listening to your video's does not mean they are good and it has nothing to do wit the content, just your delivery.

Friend, I am new to The Internet and will overlook your failed education and your greengrocer's apostrophe to say that the chit-chat around town is that people love Billy Jack and my videos are very well received, but obviously this subject has hit a raw nerve with y'all. I know it aint popular to speak on the realities of marriage, but if you'd be kind enough to lend me your views on it, it would make for a nicer forum conversation and you can let us all know how you really feel. :D :D :D :D |

Im sure some of your "special" friends like your videos but to anyone with more than a 2 digit IQ they are total crud. And this for free, I tell you what the most pathetic tryhard in the world is, the tryhard of a wannabe trying to appear cool by adopting a pseudo american accent and quoting themselves in the 3rd person. You dont look cool, you dont look anything except a total d!ckhead. Have a nice day, y'all. |

Friend, I aint no - one but Billy J. Jack and I've been trying many years now to adapt to your fine accents, but I am who I am. And friend, the topic is about Married Wedded Bliss, so please don't be a peckerhead. I know, I know, I wish I was better at the computers but it's all new to me and I speak better than I type and my audience are much more intelligent than you might assume friend. :D :D
And as for your use of the word dickhead, friend: is that an insult? Are you insulting me? :-/ :-/ Are you unhappily married? Or why do you find this interesting topic so damn hard? Speak on it son. :D :D |

Title: Re: Modern Married Bliss Post by pansi1951 on Oct 13th, 2013 at 5:38am Wow!!! Billy Jack, you sure got those grumpy old men wound up. Not sure if it's you or the subject matter that's got them squawking though. Someone even thinks it's a competition. How many facebook 'friends' do you have Billy Jack? I've got 4, yeah! that's right four really good friends that I don't know. |

Yes friend. Whilst it would be grand to have a lot of people listening to my thoughts, it don't matter if I don't get the same numbers you do, but thank you. I am interested in people spreading the word and letting me know here what they all think. I find speaking easier than typing so yes, the videos are the best way to get the message out and folks here tell me they like it. If you listen from about a minute in y'all can see the cafe chit chat I am hearing up here in Brisbane Town. I know that marriage and speaking on one's marriage can be a big Taboo but I find it interesting that we can now in the Internet Age. I have had Internet now for a month and I Love the fact that these ideas can be spread and discussed.
What do y'all think about marriage then, as I am hearing about it and speak on it. It may not be to all your likings though. Thank you. Billy J. Jack. :D :D |

billy
marriage in its best form is a total and utter unconditional love of the other person. today it is an exchange of personality "packages" not unlike a human personailty/beauty pagent version of EBay. i ask myself and my kids this. if you say you love someone , and that someone was to have a massive stroke tomorrow and you would then spend 20 years caring for them, changing their dirty sheets, feeding them, missing out on other "fun' things...would you do it? this often gets them thinking about what love and marriage is. its certainly more then a feeling and more than a reality tv show like the batchelor or the farmer wants a wife ;) |

Well Billy Jack, I don't think about marriage much at all. Take it or leave it, each to their own, if people want to get married, goodo, if not, goodo too. Although I do fail to see the actual point considering most end in divorce these days, and that's a good thing, seems people don't have to stay in destructive relationships, unlike days of old, they can move out and move on. Remember when young men and women were forced to marry because they were 'in the family way'? glad those days are over, no more make your bed, you lay in it crapola going on in 2013. Glad you're enjoying the interwebz Billy J Jack, you just watch out for those crooksters now, won'tcha...... |

Well received? Given that nobody on this forum has liked your videos, I would have to guess the only ones watching are your immediate family and both friends, and that's probably because they feel they have to or want to encourage you to keep trying ... Before I give you my views, as the instigator of this thread, you should give your views .... and please don't refer me to your video because I'm not watching that crap. Maybe you could write your views down like a normal person instead of that awful crap you prefer to use. |

Friend, is that an insult? Are you insulting me?
I dont type no good, so I prefer speaking into the microphone, and a lot of y'all here do like my ideas. I ask around at my local club here in Brisbane Town, and them folks like it. I don't care if you in particular don't because you aint my intended viewer John, I am sorry friend. I am new at the computers so I try my best but I cannot please everyone, especially an aspie cholo like you whose Ma didn't teach him any good manners. What do you think about marriage? :D :D :D :D |

Meh, I will have been married 30 years in a few months. Seems to be going well for me. Oh, and she's an Australian girl too. Couldn't recommend them more highly. ;)
Edit: She was born in Indoorapilly, so I guess she's from Brisbane and you were her duke, even if her parents were from WA only studying at Uni there. You should have grabbed her, lords rights and all, then you may not have ended up the sad old fart you seem to be.. :'( |
