I saw the add rudd put out trying to keep the illegals away with his already dented PNG plan.

Why was the add shown on Aust free to air tv ?
illegals do not come from here.
they come to here

we paid for it.

Notice the newspaper ads just show a picture of a boat - no people.

Putting a human face to the problem is bad for propaganda purposes.

Governments think we are all stupid.
