"how do you feel being in opposition, watching the worst government in history, ruin Australia and Australians cost of living. Having your constituents complain and ask you to do something about their country and there isnt a dam thing you can do about it. "How do you explain to the people of Australia that they will have to wait?"

very good question.
Especially as he is only too happy to appear on Alan Jone's program.

Quote:
He said he would continue to appear as a guest on Alan Jones's Sydney breakfast radio program because he was not in the business of “ignoring a big audience”.

“I am the Leader of the Opposition, my job every day is to reach out to the people of Australia and reassure them that we are a great country and a great people let down at the moment by a bad government,” Mr Abbott said.

“So I am certainly not going to ignore an audience of half a million people in Sydney. I never have and I never will.”

What a liar

Questions?

I would ask Bob Carr if the US Author is the only homosexual affair his wife knows about or are there others?

Or are we not allowed to ask uncomfortable questions on the ABC?

My question.

Mr. Turnbull.
An unnamed source, within the Liberal Party, has disclosed that you are poised to make a tilt at Party leadership.
This source is of very high ranking and hints that if you don't make your move within the coming weeks she will be forced to do so herself.

;)

Not everyone is as fascinated with peoples private lives as you obviously are. Leave those sorts of questions to the grubby tabloid programs on the commercial stations.

It's a simple question and goes to integrity and moral values of a person representing Australia.

Should he not answer it?

At the risk of giving your post  any credibility  at all I would merely point out that......
It has SFA to do with you, me, or anyone else, and if that's the best you can do to attack someone with whom you are not in political agreement, then you need to wake up to yourself.

You remind me of some clown back in the yahooligan days that painted himself into a corner over comments made about Rudd.

I have usually (not withstanding the usual MB ribbing and back-handers) given you credit for having more intelligence than people like that.

Maybe I was wrong in my assessment.

:)

Of course you can ask uncomfortable questions about politics, but not about private lives. This isn't America.

so why the fascination with Abbotts time as a student??? that has to be fare far less relevant.  But of course, he is a Liberal and you wouldnt want to step out of character and be even-handed now, would you?
