over its most beautiful and lush areas

how much land in the country actually is as green and beautiful as the small plots sandwiched between our major coastal cities and the great dividing range? not much. it's all going to go.

The Great Dividing Range is a beautiful place. I used to camp at Washpool a bit.
That's one good thing the environmentalists did, was to close off a lot of these areas to logging and urbanisation.
