Ok. There's a Video on youtube called Hidden Human History eXpansion Kit, It's a compilation of video's covering the basics of spirituality. I'm not really into this sort of thing myself but still found the video rather interesting and thought someone else might want to have a look. The whole thing lasts just over four hours.
