Title: Did labor appoint activists. Gosh help us
Post by progressiveslol on Nov 3rd, 2012 at 11:22pm
This is our climate commision. Maybe they are too young and naive. Just look at their young faces. Gillard suggests 35 years old is young and educational and experience wise, they should be naive.

Oops Climate Commission graph: Queensland warmed nearly 3 degrees in 50 years?

Kindergarten graph we paid for

If Alan Jones needs to get “educated” because he got the level of CO2 wrong once, the Climate Commission surely needs to go back to do high school maths, because anyone who has done junior high can see that the running average in the graph below is an impossibility. The latest Climate Commission report: “The Critical Decade: Queensland climate impact and opportunities” starts with blatantly incorrect figure. Since when do “averages” run outside the extreme highs and lows? Thanks to reader Ian E.

Eyeballing this graph suggests Queensland’s average temperature has risen by 2.7 C since the 1950′s.

More of the false climate data doing the rounds of late since its a shame we cant hide the decline.

Seriously i dunno about graphs but in the 70s brisbane was pretty much between 20 and 30 all year. Now it ranges between -5 and 45. This is a bit difference in weather patterns.

Progressives, can you please explain rolling average to me.  It will help me to understand the point your talking about.  Perhaps you could draw a graph with what the rolling average should be?

But I already asked you a question and again you get back into your little hole.  :(

Fact is I looked at Nova's blog for this one and yes the graph does look incredibly peculiar.  But with the same breath the revised information suggesting 1 degree increase in 50 years is enough for me to continue saying, "Thank you Nova for clearing this one up, now move on."

You however don't seem to even know what a rolling average is!!!!  It's disgraceful how much you have fallen into the climate change denier group think. Back to your hole. ;D
