and some actual standards-based moderating could ensure it doesnt end up like yahoo. but of late with 25 new IDS each week and less and less actual content, the yahoo standard is EXACTLY where it is headed.

FD appointed perceptions as moderator and as you have noticed he is now gone after a pretty inglorious stint as a totally ineffective moderator. Mozza moderates the right but gives the left free reign so he is pretty useless as well.  FD is totally consistent. He is NEVER effective.
