Personally I do not rate Xenophobia as a positive character trait.

My parents were migrants and they were a benefit to Australia.
I am in favour of migration but rather tightening up who we let in rather than how many.

That just proves that nothing has changed since the Eureka Stockade and the White Australia Policy. We are world renowned for being a racist nation, it's no surprise.

Australians are always happy to leave and go somewhere else to live, hypocrites!

Yes I agree.

Before I moved recently, I had some British neighbours, and they were awful people. Once they even called the local council to complain about the grass in my backyard being too long! They didn't have the balls to come around and say anything to my face. What the Hell were they doing looking in my backyard anyway?

I had European neighbours who were great. Made friends with the Chinese people behind, they would even bring us gifts.

At my new house, the Turkish neighbours are really nice, they invited me to come wround whenever I felt bored. The Filipinos nextdoor seem nice too.

But the British neighbours were the worst neighbours I ever had.

Before I moved recently, I had some falah neighbours, and they were lovely people. Not like the ones you meet around here at all  ;D
