Just hand it back to the states, what a bozo. Simply put QLD will drill the reef, Tas will dam the Franklin, WA will min the Ningaloo, NSW will frack it's way to groundwater disaster and Vic will min brown coal till the world is chocked. State Governments are the most selfish and short sighted of all government and with the Liberal governments that have an appalling track record with the environment it is down hill.
