Title: Abbott favors the backfoot: afraid of decision!! Post by Deathridesahorse on Apr 18th, 2012 at 4:24pm
He is not fit to lead a wealthy country into a new century!!
His mining tax opposition has been revealed as hypocrisy. His NBN opposition has been revealed as hypocrisy. His carbon tax opposition has been revealed as hypocrisy! Then we have the fact he is too afraid to tell the people in which direction he would take things. He is afraid of putting forward his views..... Tony Abbott can't box, fullstop! |

Most of what comes out of Abbotts mouth is just bare faced lies designed to appease the senile fans of shock jock talk back radio and redneck bogans with short memories and the IQ of a Tsetse fly.

The politics of entitlement will trip Abbott up for ages!!
What was Hockey thinking? The ploy must have been to change the debate but I can't see the advantage for Abbott!! |

and today he showed that he can not get his story straight, on one side he says that the liberals always require means testing and are against welfare despite their history of handouts to the rich, then he says the government are attacking us by means testing aged care so that it will be more equitable for the poor.
Abbott is confused and unsure of anything. He has already accused the government of using his policy but he has none. Today he will announce a policy of a "one stop environmental approval shop" the very thing the government are developing in consultation with the states through COAG. But Abbott will jump and then accuse the government of stealing his policy. He has none. |

Is the ALP's forward-looking state-of-the-art NBN nothing but the equivalent of tin cans hooked up to miles of string? It's obsolete as it is being rolled out. Who's ready to have afternoon tea with Alaxander Bell? Contact the ALP for travel details. Quote:

It IS FASTER TO ROLL OUT ... it is not about the download speeds .... And of course its faster to roll out, doing nothing is instantaneous, doing something, especially if it is worthwhile, takes time |

I would like Abbott to lead a moderate cautious Government and not be driven ideologically by Haste to act. Patience is a virtue, ruthlessness costs lives. Ideologues with visions of grandeur have been tearing us apart and now is the time for Austerity and winding back entitlements. This can not be done however without beginning to protect our economic borders giving people space to trade, manufacture and do business on this continent in freedom without subsidizing foreign goods. :)
