I used to know a woman in the 80s in Cairns who performed exorcisms on babies. She would scream and yell @ them. Scary. Who the heck thinks thier baby is possessed?

I went to one once.  Won't do it again.  And the exorcist developed a rare and usually fatal kidney cancer within months

He quit 'healing'

Quit all of it.  Sold up.  Surrounded himself with ambient sound

He's still alive because he believed back then that he'd be here at the end, i.e., he believed he was fated to live until 2012

He has four days left to live I guess

because life will continue grinding on through this year and the next and the next, etc

Less informal exorcisms these day than there used to be

Probably because most of the exorcists killed themselves out of fear afterwards

and after achieving not much
