It's not an edited version, as such - it shows Rudd between takes, also known as "B-roll". Camera operators generally leave the camera recording between takes and this is the vision that has been leaked.

A delegation from our company met Australian parliamentary representatives last year. I heard they came back and completely wrote off even trying to discuss with Brown and his idiots.
