Ron Paul is a little too honest for this Jewish Billionaire:
Pro-Israel billionaire saves Gingrich American billionaire Sheldon Adelson An American billionaire and a close ally of Israeli Premier Binyamin Netanyahu has donated US$ 5 million to the electoral campaign of US presidential hopeful Newt Gingrich, infamous for his hawkish anti-Iran stances. Gingrich's campaign had faltered after he was targeted by a USD 3-million advertising barrage sponsored by Restore Our Future, a Super PAC (political action committee) supporting another presidential hopeful, Mitt Romney. However, on Friday, billionaire Sheldon Adelson rushed to Gingrich's aid by giving a USD five-million check to Winning Our Future, a Super PAC that supports Gingrich. The Super PACs emerged in 2010, when the Supreme Court's Citizens United ruled that limits on corporate and union spending in elections were unconstitutional, as long as these groups did not coordinate directly with a candidate's campaign. Adelson is the founder and majority owner of a Las Vegas-based Company that runs casinos. His company, however, is under federal investigation for the possible violation of a federal antibribery law. The US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Justice Department are both investigating allegations of corruption at his company. Adelson also owns the Israeli daily Israel Hayom which is credited with helping Netanyahu return to power in 2009. Gingrich has adopted a militaristic and fierce anti-Iran stance in his campaign, harshly criticizing the administration of President Barack Obama because of its 'moderate' policies towards Tehran. Speaking at the Republican presidential debate on November 12, 2011, Gingrich, the former Republican speaker of the House, openly advocated “maximum covert operations” against Iran including assassinating Iranian scientists. Gingrich also called for “actively funding every dissident group in Iran.” On December 8, 2011, Gingrich said he would resort to "covert capability" to bring about "regime replacement" in Iran and sabotage Iranian refineries “everyday.” In an interview with CNN early in December, Gingrich said that if elected president, he would opt for a joint military campaign with Israel against Iran. The US and its allies accuse Iran of pursuing a military nuclear program and have pressured the UN Security Council to impose four rounds of sanctions against the country. As a signatory to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Tehran insists it is entitled to utilize nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. http://www.presstv.com/detail/220271.html |

Newt has as much chance, as a Gnat! But, it would also be a great surprise, if Ron Paul got up! Btw, some of Ron Paul's predictions were fairly accurate, but some were not. Of the ones that were not accurate, the suggested high interest rates stands out, as he also said that Debt would be much higher and a combination of both, would have been unusual & an absolute disaster! |

The only demographic that should bother voting in the U.S are the Jews, because their opinion is the only one the Politicians give a sh*t about anyway.
I would like to see how many Pro-Israeli Billionaires have rigged or given Candidates unfair advantages. |

To a great degree everything
Paul had to say was predictable and was predicted by many lobby groups who did not care for the US interests at the time. About the only things he got wrong were interest rates and things are going slower in Palestine, but thats no biggy. |

Title: Re: Ron Paul's 2002 Predictions Accurate Post by Equitist on Jan 15th, 2012 at 2:16pm Political personalities and agendas aside, any system which permits vested political donations to the tune of millions is inherently-undemocratic and corruptible to the core! Actually, any system which has very low minimum wages and gives any individual or group the power to accumulate so much wealth as to permit sufficient surplus funds to facilitate a donation in the millions is corrupt to begin with! |

For a biased point of view, just google "Ron Paul nutjob". Have a bit of a read, sort the wildly partisan nonsense from the basic verifiable facts (that might take a few attempts with google), then form your own opinion.
Otherwise, you can google a few pro Paul sites, have a bit of read, sort the wildly partisan nonsense from the basic verifiable facts (that might take a few attempts with google), then form your own opinion. |

Already done that & more and IMHO, almost all Politicians s/be certified! That said, I doubt that Ron Paul will get the Republican nomination, although he is probably the best of that bad bunch and at least he has has some understanding of the Economic issues currently in play. Paul has also spoken out against some of TPTB, like the US Federal Reserve and that's the prime reason he won't get the nod. The rest of the Republicans & the Democrats, are just rabbits caught in the head lights, they have no idea what's hitting them! Much the same as the local Labor & Liberal stalwarts. |

Well, I don't know about a joke, but he certainly wasn't part of the solution and in all probability, he was actually part of the problem, like Bush & others before him! |

The biggest problem with Ron Paul is that he fights for liberties that are only in the bill of rights. Forget the god-given liberties of land, water, education, health. These aren't as important as the "god-given right" to own a gun.
