Used to enjoy this show ,, more or less, .. last time round, but now find the journalistic standards have suffered. IMO.

That duo of talking heads that are the 'names' on the show leave much to be desired.

Been watching it, sort of , for the last 2 weeks or so, and find that sails woman is obnoxious, extremely biased against the PM and Labor, and can't even introduce the show and first story without coming out with the claws ... pretty sad ABC. Think I'll watch 'sort of' other channels from now on. [smiley=thumbdown.gif]

i just read the paper during my break at work. i dont need to get my news from t.v because i already know what happened that day. reading the paper allows me to skip over allt he garbage superfluous stories unlike the t.v news which if i watch often means i have to si tthrough four or five pieces of crap to get to something that interests me and is actually important.

t.v, or at least what they put on t.v now, makes you retarded.

Well Imp maybe we can say - it sure doesn't help.!

Papers in QLD aren't worth ' the paper they're written on ' ::) - except only the local news sector is sometimes OK for reading - but purely on local issues. No real access to real news in QLD, unless you watch the SBS World News. Thank goodness for that.

sigh - had the misfortune to catch a bit of 7.30 tonight.

That Uhlman whatever creep is the same. He thinks he's a star, and he is so blatantly pro LNP it's embarrassing that the ABC would put this fare up as 'Current Affairs'.

I switched off after listening to his hubristic opening to 'interviewing' Minister Wong.

She was obviously of my view, -- I actually didn't listen to her riposte, beyond her opening reply.. Should have perhaps, might have gotten a laugh, but this is the sort of crap I don't expect from ABC .. at least not in the guise of a credible program.

I'd suggest the ABC renamed it the Uhllman Manifesto - or whatever -- it sure is not balanced journalism.
Haven't watched it this yr with intent, and won't. Used to watch it EVERY night. more or less!! What a pile of...... Wouldn't touch it with a 10' pole.!

And its a shame.. because once upon a time .......it was worth watching.! >:(
